Refund policy

 

CorDx test kit products are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are considered personal-use items. However, we may provide a replacement for defective items. To authorize a replacement, the following information is required:

     

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the defects
  • Lot numbers
  • Any additional details requested by customer service
  •  

    Before disposing of any defective units, please contact our customer service team for detailed instructions.

     

    Important Note: We do not replace CorDx test kits nearing their expiration date as indicated on the printed label. Please note that expiration dates have been extended by an additional three months.
